  • Advanced Mud Pump: Our in-house engineered duplex mud pump delivers 2,250 liters per minute with pressure resistance up to 100 bar, featuring an automatic lubrication system and pulsation dampener for maximum drilling efficiency through difficult formations.

  • Seamless Hybrid Performance in Challenging Geology (Hard Rock and Loose Sand): Tanzania's drilling sites present one of the industry's most demanding geological environments, combining unstable sandy formations with extremely hard rock layers. Our machines successfully overcame these challenges through their hybrid drilling capability. The Atlas Copco compressor-powered DTH system continuously penetrated the hardest rock formations while our advanced ACR Drilling mud pump simultaneously maintained uninterrupted mud circulation. As a result, borehole stability remained intact without any collapse in loose sand formations.
  • 24-Hour Continuous Operation in Temperatures Above +45°C: Despite the extreme African climate exceeding 45°C (113°F) in the shade and the heavy operational demands of the dual DTH and mud drilling systems, our advanced cooling technology enabled the machines to operate continuously for 24 hours without any loss of performance or operational stability.
